We recognize that one of the prime means through which a company gains the competitive advantage over its competitors is through the development of the intellectual capital of its employees. This fact, together with our commitment to developing our staff internally, leads to training occupying an increasingly important role in the Group.
Forms of Training:
There are two basic forms of training that we offer our staff:
1.
Internal training aimed at the upgrading of existing skills. This form of training would revolve around 'on the job training', with external trainers brought in to present courses, if necessary. This training covers areas such as:
a.
computer skills
b.
media - buying, implementation, strategy, etc
c.
finance
2.
External tertiary education. This would be composed of registration for various degrees, diplomas and certificate courses. From a client perspective we believe that a knowledgeable person is a pleasure to deal with so we offer training modules designed specifically for our staff.
