Never content with sitting still, she believes life and work are boring without a challenge. Her mathematically orientated mind analyses every challenge until the best solution is found.

Jedd calls himself a BUM and gets away with it. That’s because the technical term Business Unit Manager is not nearly as much fun. Jedd heads up the Famous Brands account at TMS and for the past seven years, has been on the company’s management team. He’s passionate about the media industry and everything in it, especially since no two days are the same.

Bonita MD of our Cape Town operation is described as a woman of strength, a fierce friend, motivator and a person who steadfastly walks in truth. She believes in turning adversity into victory, her 25 years of experience in the industry has armed her with astute business management, negotiating and leadership skills.

Apart from his love of media, Kgaugelo is passionate about many things, but thoroughly enjoys travelling around South Africa and the world with his family, and watching a variety of sports. He wouldn’t say no to a good documentary so if you know of one, share it with him! Kgaugelo is also an ardent believer in the importance of understanding our diverse South African consumers - he spends time learning about different behaviours, what influences different groups of people and how to effectively communicate with them in their own environments.
Gareth Grant, Business Unit Manager
Having joined the advertising industry in 2005, Gareth quickly made a name for himself in the industry. As a newbie he was invited to guest lecturer at the AAA during 2006 and 2008, providing unique insights into his first impressions of the workplace. From his humble beginnings at UM as a media planner, Gareth quickly proved his worth, landing a great opportunity as Senior Media Strategist at FNB, a position he held for four years before joining The MediaShop team.
Arisha Saroop, General Manager: Durban
Arisha's story is a wonderful one. On a personal note she managed to marry her childhood sweetheart and remain madly in love! On a professional note, Arisha joined The MediaShop's Durban team as the office's media receptionist and is now calling the shots as the General Manager.
Colin Ramparsadh is a 4th Generation South African. Born and brought up in the dusty town of Lenasia. One of six children and the eldest son.

Louise Hefer, now heading up the Tiger Brands account, has over a decade of experience and has occupied and mastered every role in the media industry across all major categories - affording her clients the rare fortune of an innovative yet peripheral vision backed up by an honors in Marketing Communication (UJ) and another honors in Business Administration (GIBS).

A digital evangelist and user of techy things. Beyond being an avid shopper, a planned traveller, a reality TV show junkie and an allergic cat lover Jarred constantly strives for purrfection! He likes to believe that he is an optimistic creative backed by logical data… a jack of all trades wanting to make a difference.

Maggie has been in Advertising since the age of 20 when Doc Martens, Buffalo and stove pipe jean were cool. She started off as a suit and worked her way from AE to Account Director before making her way into media, which is her greatest passion.
Claire has 22 years’ experience in Media and Advertising. Most of her career has been spent within Media Agencies focusing on strategy and account management, with a three-year stint in Media Research conducting studies that prove advertising effectiveness and ROI.
Born in the former Transkei now known as the Eastern Cape, raised in the leafy Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, Rondebosch where Andile attended the oldest school on record in South Africa, SACS and finally bred in Johannesburg.
